Once each of the components for every truss of the entire order have been cut, coded and bundled, the assembly teams prepare the assembly tables.

Each of the truss plants assembly tables provide an assembly surface of between 2000 and 3000 square feet. Each table has built in adjustable locking chocks or "pucks" that are locked into place and used as a giant "jig". This system offers a method of assembly that permits any number of identical trusses to be assembled regardless of the design.

Once the chocks or "pucks" are locked into place, the first truss is carefully assembled and checked for accuracy against the design drawings. After carefully assuring that the "jig" is accurate, the assembly teams follow the coding on each component to assemble each individual truss. Nail plates are placed and temporarily connect the individual components together.

In the final stage of assembly, each truss is fed through a massive roller which locks each of the nail plates in place. This firmly reinforces each web and frame truss joint and completes the assembly process.
